The Mueller Investigation Will Show The Entire GOP Leadership Colluded & Got Money.

As it turns out if you really sit down and reflect on all the past events happening around the election it is stunningly obvious that the entire GOP leadership was also in on the collusion with the Russians. It now looks like Russian money was also given to a lot of GOP campaigns at a level not seen before.

The influence of foreign dark money not reported may be a super flood we are not aware of. It is now not just American dark money funding the GOP but the Russians and who knows who else. There is something fishy about all of it. We must realize that the GOP has committed treason and have been rewarded with ALL branches of government.

I am sure rich Russians will benefit from what the GOP is up to. The "funny business" around the election with the GOP is most likely much much larger than anyone can imagine.

Over and over, I heard the opposition say that the decision to uphold the Citizen United case would INVITE foreign money into the election process. This was so thoroughly covered with fundamental reasoning that I wondered, why can't the GOP sympathizers understand what's at stake? Why were Scalia and Thomas and Roberts so enthusiastic about a deeply flawed decision?

And WHY, in the present, does the GOP insist upon silence when the topic of foreign money pouring into the election process comes up?

Well, it looks like the answer will be forthcoming in the Mueller indictments, when the entire GOP leadership gets slapped with money laundering charges.

When Congress turns blue is when Citizens United MUST be re-addressed and nullified for the sake of the integrity of the US elections.

...including corporations that are foreign-owned.

DU'ers who are better-informed than I am may be able to clarify.

I think the money flows through a complex and confusing funhouse maze of shell corporations, and Mueller's investigation is patiently and carefully finding its way through that maze.

All I see is it's hard to prove. Money laundering is more like it. Tax evasion is how they got Al Capone, not his horrible crimes.

He stole Obama's last Supreme Court seat.
He blocked informing state electoral commissions about the hacking.

Your logic makes sense. They all seem to have been in on it. That would make perfect sense for why nothing was done about it and they allowed Trump to become the nominee.

I really don't think they (Ryan, McConnell et. al.) thought Trump would win. I believe they thought that a Hillary administration would allow them to do investigations until mid-terms and then pick up a veto-proof majority due to all the bad press. That would have allowed them to delay the Obamacare repeal because of a Dem President and then they could proceed with their agenda after mid-terms unimpeded.

45 screwed it all up by winning. I think the Russians put it over on them - so to speak.
