Think the Women's March made a difference? Yep

The twitter account has a great synopsis of all the women who won yesterday across the country.

In Virginia alone:
Female Vietnamese refugee beat an incumbent
Two Latino women beat incumbents
A transgender woman beat a long time (26 years) incumbent who also was proudly an asshole
And - this was a local SHOCKER - Dawn Addams beat Manoli Loupassi.

As I read in a Richmond Times-Dispatch article the state DNC chair said that right after the disaster a year ago today it started "raining candidates". They had their pick of who to run in several races.
