Abuse of Power and Obstruction of Justice seem to be slam dunk

How is it not a clear cut case of abuse of power/obstruction of justice for a sitting President to ask the CIA director to meet and see what he can do with a conspiracy theorist so that he can undermine an active investigation on interference by Russians in our elections, an investigation that might prove an illegal coordination by him and his campaign associates???? Pompeo should have said, "MR President, I cannot interfere with what the professionals are doing or try to change what they have concluded after exhaustive investigations", if he had any modicum of integrity, instead of doing the bidding of a President who clearly doesn't respect any legal boundaries or traditions.

If this was a Dem president, he/she would have been impeached already by the Republicans and all we hear about, rightly, would have been about abuse of power and obstruction of justice by the President.

We'll see if last night's election results throws a scare into congressional Republicans about keeping their phoney-baloney jobs.
