They’re at “Battle Stations” right fucking now. They’re going to:
• Shake down their dark-money donors to pump millions into Super-PACs and other election schemes to boost the toxic campaigns for their chosen ones.
• Light the fires of fake news, alt-right and other megaphones that play upon the fears of poor and middle-class white folk who feel they’re losing control of their lives, their families, their communities and their nation.
• Reinvigorate the Atwood/TurdBlosson campaign strategies of Delflect/Distract/Dominate any discussion of real issues, especially those directly resulting from what happened one year ago today.

Let’s celebrate these incremental gains.

But we must remain focused on 2018 and beyond. And commit our time, money, blood, sweat and tears to deposing this kacistocratic movement. Otherwise, we should choose a nice country for our own emigration. (Me? I’m thinking New Zealand, partly because I’m a big Tolkien LOTR/Hobbit movie fan, but mostly because it’s warmer than Canada. And, it’s hemispheres away from here; not to mention they speak English there).

If the GOP isn't able to follow through with their agenda when they are in total control.

The big money people may start showering cash on Democrats in the hope that they can convince them to implement at least some of the things that want.
