But then, we get that a large number in the Christian community have a lot of similar beliefs of the extremism toward females with the Islamic faith.

To be fair, so many religions or cults revolve around the man in charge being able to screw young girls. (See: Warren Jeffs, David Koresh....)

Not all hyper-religious people, of course. But it does seem to go along with fundamentalism. I wonder why.
