Their thinking is bad...worse than it was in the past...and they look away from obvious fraud and/or evasion of taxes. By the time we get them back in the minority where they belong forever more, they'll have the country's financial condition in serious trouble. It would be surprising if we ever have an exact picture of our financial health.
