Basically, they set up online stings where investigators posed as underage girls and the set up an arrangement to meet with the predators for various sexual reasons. They worked with local law enforcement and the predators were arrested.
I remember an interview with Chris Hansen the host and he said when they did the show they figured after a few times the offenders would catch on and quit falling for the trap and the show would fizzle. But no... they went to city after city after city and the supply of men willing to have sex with underage girls was endless. Men of all types, all professions, it went on and on.
It is no surprise that Moore's victims have more than one perp in their life.

And, if I may say so, besides being perverted pedophiles, what a bunch of complete LOSERS those guys were from an apearance point of view - beer bellies, bad teeth, poor grooming, and dressed like slobs in the standard wrinkled T-shirt or "wife-beater", over-long baggy shorts, white athletic socks, and sneakers.
