Has there been any credible investigation into the sheep population of Alabama to determine if Moore is also an animal lover?

And if Moore is an animal lover, did he ask the farmer for permission before entering the field with the sheep?

We know that Moore stated that, if he did date a young teen aged girl, it was only after asking permission from the girl's mother.
