The Roy Moore shitstorm may provide just enough distraction for Brett Talley to get quietly

confirmed to a lifetime popappointment as a federal judge. 36 years old, 3 years out of law school and has never tried a lawsuit. Unanimously rated "not qualified" by the ABA. How did he get nominated? Maybe his wife being chief of staff to White House counsel Mc Gahn had something to do with it. She's been recently interviewed re: Trump's obstruction of justice and, despite being specifically asked to list "family members who may pose a conflict of interest" to judicial impartiality, Mr. Talley never mentioned his wife.

Indecent, shameless, corrupt, hypocritical, arrogant----I'm out of adjectives.

literally begged people to consider the courts... but some insisted this was the year to send a message...it wasn't...no year is but this one was particularly bad.
