Question about Wikileaks

So, we now know that Wikileaks provided Trump Jr. with
- talking-points
- the password to an anti-Trump website, which Wikileaks obtained by a method that (according to judicial precedent) legally counts as hacking
- a suggestion for a coordinated PR-campaign to better attack presidential candidate Hillary Clinton





Would it be correct to say that Wikileaks was an unpaid campaign-volunteer for Trump?
