How does Trump justify this overt racism?

State Department wracked by departures under Trump: report
BY JOSH DELK - 11/25/17 10:55 AM EST

Officials are expressing concern over a series of departures of high-ranking diplomats at the State Department, with one former official warning that "having so many vacancies in essential places is a disaster waiting to happen."

“These people either do not believe the U.S. should be a world leader, or they’re utterly incompetent,” Dana Shell Smith told The New York Times. Smith was the ambassador to Qatar until she resigned in June.

Aides for Tillerson have also reportedly depleted much of the department's diversity by firing most of the department's leading African-American and Latino diplomats.

Think ideology. And then remember that in the US ideology/politics and skin color tend to be linked. http://www.pewresearch.org/fact-tank/2016/11/09/behind-trumps-victory-divisions-by-race-gender-education/

Moreover, political persuasion is also linked with graduate degree in fields like political science and geograph, as well as with a desire to work in government.

Most minorities, and quite a few "majorities," that work in State will be decided left of center. They will not eagerly rush to carry out Trump's agenda. However, they *are* Trump's employees and foreign policy is pretty much his to set.

So what you get is the equivalent of a workforce promoting an agenda that denigrates the Board and CEO. That workforce will quickly be seen as inimical to their employer and suffer as a result.

(Where I taught had a stark change in 'leadership' a few years ago. The year the changes were implemented, we lost 25% of our staff. A lot of people assumed the guy would be gone the following year, and the year after the 25% turnover we lost another 15% or so of the former staff. On the way out, most of the teachers were convinced that their jobs were sinecures and they were right and it was all just so unjust that they were expected to actually follow their boss's orders. Esp. since they knew so much more than he did, and cared so much more deeply about the kids, and the result of their leaving would be the End of Proper Education. Since then the test scores have been flat. Those of us who stayed, however, found that when the disruption was sufficient and nothing good came of it, the "demagogue" was reasonable and backed off on the worst prescriptions. The self-important people's departure, however, allowed the battle lines to calm down so that actual communication took place.)

to diplomacy, has no use for black or brown people, unless he's trying to con them out of their vote. He certainly wasn't going to have any black and brown people telling him how to run the world, since after all, he went to one of the best schools and he's really, really smart. The only black and brown people he tolerates are those he uses to try and divide black and brown people and to hoodwink them to give him their vote, like Omorossa and her cadre of black "prosperity preachers" who are con men like Trump who he pays off to convince unwitting black people that he cares about their plight, when all he wants to really do is either lock them up or send them back to where they come from.

That is something he has in common with Jeff Sessions, his Attorney General. Today on one of the programs on MSNBC, they were discussing how Sessions when in discussions with other US Attorneys about someone charged with a crime, is obsessed with where they are from? When told they are American, he then wants to know where their parents are from. If I were to give him a piece of his own medicine, I'd conclude that anyone from Alabama where Jeff Sessions is from, is racist and wants to sleep with 14 year olds like Roy Moore.
