First graders have more principles than Old Donnie Two Scoops. They know how to share, care for one another if someone gets hurt, and ask for help (me) with things they don't know. Yes, they tend to be a little self-absorbed, but they're not intentionally mean to one another.

And they are learning to color inside the lines (learn where the boundaries are), something our pResident can't do, I'll bet.
