President to hold press conference at White House
Source: msnbc.com
President Obama will address the state of the economy when he holds a press conference at the White House Friday morning at 10:15.
Obamas aides said he will once again urge Congress to pass the package of infrastructure spending and aid to the states that he first proposed last fall as a way to employ construction workers, public school teachers, firefighters and other workers.
The lackluster economy has created doubts about Obamas re-election chances*: the Labor Department said last Friday that nonfarm payroll employment increased in May by only 69,000, far fewer new jobs that most economists had expected.
Obama last fielded questions from reporters at the NATO summit in Chicago on May 21, but Obamas most recent White House press conference took place three months ago, on March 6.

Ask for a huge package to make mouths water over the possibility it will pass, but with the knowledge the Pugs wouldn't dare consider passing.
I wonder how many of the networks will cover it?
