I think voters need to punish Democrats that vote with the Republicans on this one. While I am generally happy that the Democrats are not a single unified body, always moving and voting as a block, there are some votes such as this one where deviation from a NO vote should never be tolerated.

Until Democrats learn there will be a price to pay for this kind of treachery they will continue to do it. I realize some of them are concerned that the NRA and their friends (Koch Brothers) may set their sights on them during a re-election campaign but to that I say, "grow a pair".

From what I can see there is insufficient basis for charging the AG with contempt. This is trumped-up charge raised for purely political and not governmental or oversight purposes.
