Former CIA Director John Brennan said Sunday that President Trump called him and former director of national intelligence chief James Clapper political hacks in an effort to delegitimize the intelligence communitys assessment that Russia called for an influence campaign aimed at interfering in the United States election.
Well first of all he was referring to us and political hacks because he was trying to delegitimize the intelligence community assessment that was done, Brennan told CNNs State of the Union.
Brennans appearance on the news network comes after Trump said Saturday that believes Russian President Vladimir Putin means it when he denied Moscow meddled in the United States election. During the same comments from the president, Trump slammed the leaders of the intelligence community at the time that the declassified report was released in early January.
And then you hear it's 17 agencies. Well, it's three. And one is Brennan and one is whatever. I mean, give me a break. They're political hacks, Trump told reporters.

(4,976 posts)Brennan noted that he, Clapper, and Comey did not author the January report, saying other intelligence officers did.
Its very clear that the Russians interfered in the election and its still puzzling as to why Mr. Trump does not acknowledge that, embrace it and also push back hard against Mr. Putin, he said.

He's unhinged and in the midst of a bigger than normal meltdown, I hope they don't take his phone away so he can continue to remove any doubt of conspiracy in a running daily public spew.
It's just a matter of time now, remember six months ago when only a portion of Americans knew how bad this really is?.
Now they all know whether they admit it or not.
