The digital director of the Trump campaign said Friday that the president's son-in-law, Jared Kushner, and son Eric Trump "were joint deputy campaign managers" whose "approval" was required for every decision before the 2016 election.
"Nobody else. Not one person made a decision without their approval," the digital director, Brad Parscale, tweeted. "Others just took credit for this family's amazing ability. I'm done with all these lies. They will be embarrassed!"
Kushner was Parscale's "patron," according to a person familiar with the campaign's inner workings, which could explain their closeness.
Kushner got Parscale hired, the person said, "despite the fact that a number of people in the campaign wondered whether he had any idea what he was doing."

I honestly can't believe at times that the country rejected a supremely qualified and talented candidate in favor of this circus sideshow we have.
I thought that in 2000 too, but at least a few of the people in that government were loosely qualified.

(50,594 posts)A lot of people in the Bush II administration were very qualified. They were also very evil, but there's no question that the Bush II administration knew the limits of evil. Trump's gang of thieves, OTOH, is over-the-top evil.

(70,643 posts)Pascale knows a lot of what he did was wrong and might be criminal so he
is now saying, it was Jared and Eric Trump's who gave the orders.
The Nuremberg Defense* refers to a legal strategy employed by many of the defendants at the Nuremberg war crimes trials seeking to convict Nazi perpetrators of war crimes and crimes against humanity committed during the Second World War. Many of those defendants claimed that they were not guilty of the charges against them as they were "only following orders."

(17,215 posts)Someone posted here, 'keep the name Brad Parscale in mind.' We were going to hear a lot more about him.
What a shockingly written article. Who will be embarrassed? The amazingly able family or the others who took credit.
Did Parscale have no idea when he was hired or did Jared have no idea when he hired him.
We can deduce what the answers may be but poorly written and ambiguous.
