Trump administration says it has plan to reunite more than 2,000 separated children still in its custody

By Nick Miroff

In a statement issued late Saturday night, the Trump administration said it has 2,053 “separated minors” in its custody, and a formal process has been established to reunite them with their parents prior to deportation.

The joint declaration by the Department of Homeland Security and the Department of Health and Human Services came three days after Trump signed a hastily-written executive order to quell public outcry and halt his administration’s practice of taking away the children of migrant parents who cross the U.S.-Mexico border illegally.

The Saturday night communique said 522 migrant children have already been returned to their parents, and the government would allow mothers and fathers facing deportation to request that their children are sent home with them.

“The United States government knows the location of all children in its custody and is working to reunite them with their families,” the statement read. “This process is well coordinated.”

They are so stupid, plus they are blatant liars. Soooo - having said A) that they have a plan, and B) that it is well coordinated, it's time for journalists to check out their claims.

Asked for facts and proof, they would have a hard time producing either. That said, it only took 3 days for them to come up with something when they were up to their neck in fire and brimstone from US constituents. Just don't believe that they have nailed a workable solution, just covering their a**es.

children be sent home with them. Of course they won't be able to find the records where they said that so we should just take their word for it.

They were just in court recently about this and told the judge they didn't know where the child was. I believe it took them 6 weeks to find the child. They didn't intend to reunite them, they wanted them in "foster homes" and stated this repeated during the week. Now, it's yeah we always intended to reunite and know where all the kids are - lying assholes. They want to keep them locked up where the co.'s get $750/day/child. Think of the giant kickbacks for drumpf, evil elf and maybe even she-Nazi.

It's all stall tactics.

They are keeping this issue alive until November.

At which time, Karma kicks in.

Every single thing that comes out of these government stooges pie holes is a pure lie, there is not 1 drop of truth in anyone he's hired, because that would be a disqualifying feature.
