They were just in court recently about this and told the judge they didn't know where the child was. I believe it took them 6 weeks to find the child. They didn't intend to reunite them, they wanted them in "foster homes" and stated this repeated during the week. Now, it's yeah we always intended to reunite and know where all the kids are - lying assholes. They want to keep them locked up where the co.'s get $750/day/child.
