Rudy Giuliani Dismisses Explosive Buzzfeed Report

On Thursday big news broke when Buzzfeed reported that, per their sources, Donald Trump personally directed Michael Cohen to lie to Congress about the negotiations to build a Trump Tower in Moscow, Russia.

At first, it was reported by Buzzfeed’s Chris Geidner on Twitter that the President’s personal attorney Rudy Giuliani had his phone turned off, presumably to avoid commenting. However, soon after, the Washington Post’s Phillip Rucker had a statement from Giuliani in response to the Buzzfeed story.

“If you believe Cohen I can get you a great deal on the Brooklyn Bridge,” he said.

he White House and Michael Cohen declined to comment to Buzzfeed. “The White House did not return detailed messages seeking comment, nor did an attorney for Donald Trump Jr. or the Trump Organization,” says the article. One could conclude this means they were aware of the story before today. Maybe even before Giuliani’s bizarre walk-back on collusion?
