Cipollone knows his lying - they all do. Just like when Trump says the wall has been built - or is being built. They will do this in the senate, they will do it in congress, they will do it standing in Arlington cemetery or at the statue of Lincoln.

Trump will do it at Davos, it doesn't matter that sane people know that these things aren't true, it doesn't matter that responsible media will fact check. All that matters is that they have video of them saying it - and Fox News and other media will show it.
