I know these "press releases" are necessary because of the tone of the culture. I don't like this big build up, though. This is justice we're talking about, and I hate that we're handling it like it's a circus.

I wish we didn't have to have "major announcement that there is going to be a major announcement." Can't the attorney general simply do what she's going to do and allow the media to make it into a circus? Does she really have to be part of it?

I can't recall any attorney general making a statement about a "major announcement" before. As much as I am intrigued, I am also prepared to be disappointed. What was the point of announcing an announcement? If it really is major, it will get plenty of coverage without all the hype in advance.
