Any person born in the US is a US citizen under the Fourteenth Amendment. Any person who is a citizen at birth, i.e., not a naturalized citizen, meets the requirement of being a "natural born" citizen.

The whole "natural born citizen" (which she is, sorry Paul) thing ISN'T EVEN IN THE 12th AMENDMENT! It's in Article II, Section 1 of the main body of the Constitution.

Article II, Section 1 also says about presidential pay, that the president shall take "no other emolument from the United States." I interpret that to mean "you are not allowed to rent golf carts to the Secret Service." I'm not sure what the punishment for taking other emoluments from the United States while serving as president should be, but being pilloried for a week with frequent sessions of the bastinado - oh, and disqualification for public office because that goes without saying - sounds right.
