There is no way Trump is going under oath and opening himself up to being cross examined. Bragg has him
by the balls with the 34 felony charges against him, the receipts, and the witnesses he has lined up too.

He'll razzle-dazzle everyone and make Bragg look like an idiot. He'll be braying about his usual poutrages rather than answering what he's asked, and then will be shocked when Bragg objects--especially when the judge backs up the objection.
