#s were too big to overcome.

Btw the new garden is God awful. The L.A. who designed the original one and the man who
oversaw its construction were very good unlike the crew that redid it which looked like something
from Green Guys Mowing, “We clean gutters too.” They had to rip it out and redo it because they
had ruined the drain tiles under Jackie’s Rose Garden and so it flooded.

Btw in redoing the garden they killed roses that 1st Ladies had been planting since I think
the Lincoln. The ground’s department of the White House had been keeping those roses
going for over 125 years. It was not Melania’s urge to design the space but Trump just wanted
to be a prick. He also had the basketball court that President Obama used ripped out in Dec.
of 2020 and replaced with a tennis court and clubhouse that nobody from the Trump administration
ever used.

And yes the rose garden needs to be redone but probably after the election.
