they think people will actually care about it. The biggest impact is going to be felt by the gov't employees their contractors. They will still earn their wages but they won't receiving a check until the Gov't goes back to work. I feel sympathy for those people, but I'll be surprised if this shutdown lasts until Tuesday so most people won't feel any impact.
