What disease might Donald Trump be suffering from?

https://edzardernst.com/2020/06/what-disease-might-donald-trump-be-suffering-from/

Sorry, but (exceptionally) this post is not about so-called alternative medicine (SCAM).

During the last weekend, I had the displeasure watching video clips of Donald Trump being unable to lift a glass of water one-handedly and being unable to walk normally down a ramp. Many observers agree that his health has been in steady decline ever since he was taken to the hospital late last year. Now Trump seems to have deteriorated to the point where he sounds and acts like a zombie, loses his temper, acts irrationally, etc. To me, there is no question: this man is seriously ill, physically and mentally.

Why is that any of my business?

The answer is simple: because he is rapidly destroying not just the US but, with it, much of the world as I know it. Therefore, I feel that Trump’s health should be all our business.

So, what disease might he be suffering from?

A lot of people are claiming dementia and other things like that, but a lot of his mental problems seem to be directly related to his willful ignorance.

I suspect pre-dementia, congestive heart failure, mini strokes, and possibly another neurological brain disease causing his delusions and outbursts, and his wild behavior problems. He's not well at all .

I believe he has this. I would also say look at how he talks in interviews when he was younger - very different, gives more complex answers, shows some modesty, wants to share credit with others. He hasn't always been so sick.

bvFTD affects behavior, including (edited to show behaviors most relevant to Trump):

Disinhibition - A loss or lack of restraint based on social norms, leading to inappropriate behavior and impulsivity.

Emotional Blunting

Loss of warmth, empathy, or concern for others. Behaviors may include:

Indifference to important events (e.g., death of a family member or friend);

Failure to recognize that loved ones are upset or unhappy

Difficulty planning the day’s activities

Questionable financial decisions

On-the-job mistakes

Agitation, emotional instability. These may be conveyed through:

Frequent and abrupt mood changes

Lack of insight

Failure to recognize changes in behavior or exhibit awareness of effects of behavior on others.

Blaming others for consequences of socially unacceptable behavior.

... of loyalist medical personnel that has him on a regimen of drugs that allow coherence in the short-term. His frequent bungling such as the appearance for the national parks ceremony is only one of the many failures of the hit and miss drug regimen. I think they are barely keeping him coherent enough to barely pass muster. Of course, I could be wrong, but I really believe my observation has merit

Tertiary syphilis

About 15% to 30% of people infected with syphilis who don't get treatment will develop complications known as late (tertiary) syphilis. In the late stage, the disease may damage your brain, nerves, eyes, heart, blood vessels, liver, bones and joints. These problems may occur many years after the original, untreated infection.

Neurosyphilis

At any stage, syphilis can spread and, among other damage, cause damage to the brain and nervous system (neurosyphilis) and the eye (ocular syphilis).

Besides his unsteady walk 2 things jump out at me is his "fish lips" and his right hand
doesn't look normal. Add in his being morbidly obese, that he has been on statin drugs
for sometime now, his age and that weekend trip to Walter Reed for "a check up" and I
wouldn't be surprised if he drops dead anytime now.
