Today's Tiedrich rant: never forget: Donald Trump called for women having abortions to be "punished"

in 2016, during an MSNBC town hall, host Chris Matthews asked then-candidate Little Donny Fuckface the following question: “do you believe in punishment for abortion, yes or no, as a principle?”
the hamster on the wheel inside Donny’s head frantically started running twice as fast as Donny scrambled for an answer — because he had no opinion. prior to that moment, the only times Trump had ever thought about abortion were when he had to pay for one. oh, and there was the time he asked then-wife Marla Maples to abort Tiffany.
after a few spins around the wheel, the hamster blurted out the following response:
for the woman? “yeah, there has to be some form.”
this answer was Peak Fucking Trump, because first, it fed into his retribution and cruelty fetish — and second, because it was what he thought his base wanted to hear.

This was the moment when Chump secured the Christo-fascist voters to his side. He probably would have gotten them anyway, since there was no way they'd ever back Hillary Clinton. But still, they fell in love with Chump at this point.
Today's rant is about how Chump took all the credit for right-wing SCOTUS and how they dumped the Roe v Wade ruling in the garbage. But now he's hoping US voters will forget all that because he's afraid it's going to cost him votes. His BIG ANNOUNCEMENT yesterday was about how abortion rights should be decided at the state level because that what he thinks voters want to hear. It's all BS of course.
