Does anyone know how or who decides which videos are shown in the video list?

Some clips are shown multiple times. Like this one is currently shown twice, and this is at least the 4th time it's been here.

Just curious how the listed videos are managed?

Only LBN has the once only rule that is monitored. Here, post what you want. But, if people change the titles, it can be difficult to detect dupes.
