Greg, let me correct you on one thing, when that lying piece of shit was in office there was several head doctors that said Bush did need some help for his lying. Although he never received any help we are still stuck with his and cheney lies.

Yes, I remember that, but I'm thinking in broader terms than isolated instances of individual bughousery. I'd like to see mandatory psychological examinations for those trying to grab the reins of power.
