They are skilled, and doing exactly what they have been let loose to do, intimidate and harass a group of people who are not seen as completely human. Mostly these are people of color, but after being thugs and bullies for so long they begin to include anyone who isn't them.

Absent the larger killing chambers, I am having increasing trouble telling the difference between the Nazis and our "justice" and or police departments.

Seems naive and perhaps deadly to think otherwise.
