(62,444 posts)After this pre-campaign buildup, the only thing she has to do in order to exceed expectations is not to bite the heads off of kittens on stage.
MannyGoldstein
(34,589 posts)Biting the heads off of live kittens will quickly seem like a positive step.

(23,946 posts)Things are going exactly as planned.....so many months before any vote is cast...

(16,974 posts)since she did not yet have her roll out. Oh, that's right, she had one already. Now for the second one. Maybe she will actually answer questions now like the other candidates are doing on the democratic side.

(34,589 posts)But with a street fighter like Bernie in competition, rope-a-dope isn't wise.

(16,974 posts)and virtually annotated, hard to blame her.

(34,589 posts)unless she screws up, so she's doing nothing to avoid any chances of screwing up.

(9,086 posts)A lot of people will vote Clinton in the primaries thinking she is the most electable in the general.
But she isn't necessarily so electable. She has some electoral weaknesses Dem. voters should consider before nominating Hillary.

(17,796 posts)on actions taken or not. The reason that the MSM talks about the politics of division is because that's what they support. Let's hear about if she continues to support the TPP and if not why we should believe her.

(38,958 posts)For CNN and the rest of what ever it is that used to look something like news and journalism, it is simply about the horse race and nothing more. I watch very little if any of it as I have already made my decisions and even if I had not done so, it they would not be a source I would trust for anything beyond endless advertising.

As to liking her, I don't actually know her, but I've heard she's 'likeable enough'.

(20,453 posts)I've said it before, so here goes again, at least one more time
I used to want to believe her SO much, beginning with the way she tried to push forward a health care policy under her husband's administration. She held up to assholes in the Senate over shit I'd have gone ballistic over.
After the run up to the last primary, I dropped all notions that she could be believed. For someone as smart and ABLE to lead, she chose the power elite and made terribly strange connections to unfettered capitalism, finally convincing me that she had left us behind.
I can no longer believe in her after her Senate experience and corporate allegiance. It is THAT simple.

(97 posts)CNN polls are mostly done on land lines. That tells you the average age of those being polled. I am 62. I like and support her. That doesn't meant I don't like Bernie Sanders, we cannot allow the republicans to win.
