how he started off so soft spoken, yet serious? I much prefer Bernie's notion of "Family Values" because they value families.

Religious hate and bigotry are NOT family values, BUT spending quality time with your family IS! It's like - DUUHHH... the Republicans who bandy around that phrase are ignoring the big elephant in the room. We can take their terminology and use it as weapons against them if we can clearly show the American public that we are putting forth a message that is much closer to the true definition of the term than the conservative Republicans - and this is an excellent case in point.
