Why am I posting a calisthenics video?

I am into these guys, and have seen how this whole bar phenomenon is bringing people together of all types and kinds. Hell, I'm not even young. But that's the part about it. The guy in this video has something really powerful to say, and I just wanted to give that context so you might know where my feeling comes from. But this is so universal and at the heart of almost all of the social problems we face. It's a whole genre of people who are working independently, yet together in soul. This shit ain't easy. When I see this juxtaposed against the crazy race fueled violence, I have optimism.
