but that's an Alex Jone's analogy. He says that a lot. Or used to. Any more, I don't know.
Even though Obama would never admit it, the "Cake" in this instance isn't Bush. It's the FED system itself. If the American people are going to owe interest on every dollar they earn (which we do), the cake is is not a person. It's the system. The statement remains true with this understanding.
