It's a niche market, but then again so are real tomatoes vs. the tasteless, grocery store imposters. Hopefully quality and variety will start trumping monotonous quantity...at least enough to support local, Mexican farmers. And yes, I am a tomato snob and a cabbage snob and an egg snob... Now maybe a corn snob as I move beyond the Sliver Queen I was raised on.
