DoJ Warns Devin Nunes Against Political Stunts



Jan 24, 2018 --- Rachel Maddow reports on a letter from Assistant Attorney General Stephen Boyd to Rep. Devin Nunes, cautioning him that whatever political stunt he is trying to pull with classified material, he risks endangering national security in doing so.

1. Wonder what he's so guity of that he's doing this?

Just makes me think he knows there is really good evidence of him doing something really wrong. I can't think of other reasons he'd be trying to discredit the investigation so much. I don't think it is that he is THAT loyal to 45.

be allowed to release the memo, which makes it look like the Justice Department has something to hide.

3. The DoJ and Nunes are working from the same script. Not showing the memo is vital to its value.

The DoJ cannot release classified information without permission. You do know that the FBI is part of the DoJ, don't you?

investigation? Because he is among those being invertigated by the DoJ? The DoJ is not the bad guy here. Sessions and Nunes are.
