He is a force, whether some people like him or not, I loved his anger, which is well founded because I too feel the Democrats need to do more. It angers me when I find that a Democrat voted with the republicans on issues that should be no brainers...I forget who, from the democratic party helped confirm the last judge to the Supreme Court, why???

Let Chris Mathews be angry, I think someone like him, who almost had an orgasm when he saw GW Bush in the pilot disguise during the "Mission Accomplished" fiasco, to have a change of heart and start talking about the disgrace this administration is, that is good.

Matthews' passion is justified and he made some good points.

Being dickish, though his points are correct. Kornacki is just asking what the mechanism is to block this nominee, and Matthews keeps antagonizing him. There is another thread in the General Discussion forum wrongly portraying this exchange as Kornacki saying there's no way to do it, when he's simply asking the question about what the strategy is.

Democratic Senators running in red Trump states might not have as much to fear as that dude thinks. Did he notice how we're displacing Republicans at special elections in the last 8 months?

funny you mention that because I just heard from some idiot on Twitter who claimed that the Democratic Party is "imploding". I told him about how we've won most elections since January 2017, and I have yet to get a response.

They've all heard Cheeto using those words like "imploding" and "disaster" and it sounds so masterful. The problem is that they have no basis in reality. Obamacare is not imploding and Trump can't even explain what the ACA is or how it works. It's certainly not imploding in any case.

Now his followers are imitating him and using the same words and thought processes. God help us, the complete stupidity of these people!
