We/they have had a few 'great' snowstorms, but doesn't happen often.

My memory is getting up extra early to the nearest Metro bus stop. No way in hell, this southern boy was driving in that "stuff." When I got home, I shoveled out the sidewalk and got ready to do it again the next day.

The two summers were ever bit as hot and humid as south Arkansas. Paradise, I tell ya.

(Actually I suspect DC has its $$$ segregated, but similar matters have stunk up the relationship for years.)
