Montenegrans Are Aggressive? From The Guy Who Confuses Balkans With Baltic?

Is there ANYBODY who doubts that Trump is getting his foreign policy directives fed to him STRAIGHT from the f--king KREMLIN?

Case in point:
Last October, leaders from Latvia, Estonia, and Lithuania (the Baltic States) are visiting the White House, and the Imbecile In Chief chastises them for starting the 1990s civil war that caused the break up of Yugoslavia. They were confused, until they realized that this addle-brained, orange faced troll was confusing the Baltic States with the Balkans. (Easy mistake. They both begin with "Bal," right?)

Therefore, if he doesn't know Balkans from Baltic in October 2018, does anybody really think the understood the cultural dynamics of Montenegro at the NATO summit back in May 2017? Does anybody really believe he came up with the opinion that 'Montenegro is very aggressive,' and therefore should not be a part of NATO, on his OWN? No, that's only what RUSSIA wants. Trump wouldn't know Montenegro from Monte Carlo without Putin to force feed him Russian propaganda like a goose
