"Take her out," clearly meant he wanted Parnas to ask her out on a date, with the assumption that on such a date Parnas could explain to her how great is her leader, and how stable is her leader's genius.

(Also, Alan Dershowitz, in his remarks at Trumps trial, kept his underpants on throughout. Pass it on.)
