He's a former U.S. Attorney and Deputy Assistant Attorney General who often appears on cable news shows and has a podcast called "Talking Feds" which I've often posted here. 
I have seen him - it was out of context with him being on Meidas Touch. (and it's also midnight and I am REALLY tired but sleep is escaping me at the moment 
).
He's good at explaining legal issues. And I also understand, it's been a long day for me, I got home late and I'm sleepy, too...
