Cassidy Hutchinson, former White House aide and star witness in the January 6th Committee hearings, tells Nicolle Wallace about the “aura of paranoia” inside the Trump White House and says a second Trump term would be “dangerous”. Hutchinson claims she saw former WH Chief of Staff Mark Meadows burning papers in his office fireplace in the final days of the Trump Administration.
Asked whether Meadows would go to jail for Trump or cooperate with investigators, Hutchinson says: “We need to be able to hold people accountable, whether it’s in the court of law or the court of public opinion.”- Aired on 10/02/2023.
