Jim Jordan wants to be House speaker? A better fit for Jordan would be indicted Trump co-defendant.
As the January 6 select House committee report found: Jim Jordan was "a significant player in Trump's efforts" to overturn the 2020 presidential election. A new piece by Dean Obeidallah highlights some of the key findings of the Jan. 6 committees about Jordan's complicity in Trump's insurrection.
Dean persuasively argues that, rather than announcing he's running for speaker of the House of Representatives, the only thing Jordan should be announcing is how he pleads "in response to criminal charges for being part of Donald Trump's illegal effort to overturn the 2020 election." - Glenn Kirschner - 10/06/2023.

We've already seen Jordan's irresponsibility and refusal to honor his oath of office - rather than working to support his constituents, he only answers to a constituent of one. And that's why he has the support of the disgraced twice indicted quadruple indicted former guy who is facing 91 criminal charges (so far). 
They viewed a video of McCarthy attacking the Democratic members just before the vote to oust him - and that's why they voted as they did.
