The trial of FTX founder Sam Bankman-Fried has started in New York and if he is found guilty he faces up to 115 Years in Jail. In this video I provide more details on the charges, discuss the defense put forward, discuss the $5 Billion deal he was due to offer to Donal Trump, the testimony given by Caroline Ellison and provide my opinion on the likely outcome and potential jail sentence.

That's so prevalent among media people although they know like any intelligent person does, that rarely are the sentences consecutive and instead there is one sentence which ends up being far less than the hyped "up to" statements.
