...is a terrific start for the U.S. clean energy industry, but we have fallen so far behind so much of the rest of the world with this,

I hope this plan, and all of Biden's other work on clean energy, spurs a major jump for us and allows us to catch up before we lose our chance for a stronger position in the global market and for the national energy security that would bring us.
