we like to stick to the traditional 4 food groups

those being

1. Brisket,

2. Pork

3. Sausage

4. Smoked Chicken and Turkey

Occasionally we will ,ix it up with some Chicken Fried and fresh peach cobbler just for a little variety.

I, of course, prefer Stonewall or Fredericksburg peaches, though I am willing to substitute from the county where I am at the time
