from his display of Daddy-love.

been involved at home helping her practice and taking her to dance class and watching her there. I imagine he knows most of the routine by heart anyway.
I loved the audience's responses, too.

obviously he has been involved all along--helping her practice, probably taking her to ballet class and staying to watch.

(65,553 posts)19. Apparently this was a dress rehearsal, so he was there enough
to actually know the routine--and he says he practiced it with her at home
Practicing during a dress-rehearsal for her first ballet recital in the City Hall of Hamilton, Bermuda, two-and-a-half-year-old Bella began to cry uncharacteristically as she stepped on stage, and Marc was summoned to the wings to try and calm her down.
Also, here is an Independent article about the situation (emphasis added):

I asked if she wanted to dance with daddy and she nodded, so I thought Id join in.
Thankfully, this wasnt Daniels first ballet performance - hed practised the moves alongside his daughters at home before.
Ive practised with them at home on many occasions so it wasnt unfamiliar to me, the doting dad said.
