This is a rule violation, results in giving up the zoomership, and gets the pointed elbow from every player.

the signature of two witnesses on it is OK, whether you go to a lawyer or not. Here’s a site you might be able to get information from.

It will walk you through the process and recommend other documents you might need: durable power of attorney, health care directive, final arrangements, and a document with information for caregivers and survivors.

My brother in law is my executor and he read through it before I finalized it. He only had a couple of changes to suggest, mostly details that would make his job easier.

Even if I later go to an estate specialist attorney to write a more complicated will, I really liked the way that WillMaker took me through the steps, provided information along the way, and helped me collect the essential information.

With the health problems I had last fall there was a very real possibility I could die on the operating table, so i needed a quick, cheap way to write a will that was legally accurate.

I bought my copy of WillMaker through Nolo.com.
