2 spoons of Basmati-rice.
Put in a bowl, add cold water and wash the rice until the water is clear.
Boil rice until almost done. (~5-10 minutes.)
Rinse and dry carefully with a paper-towel. Then fry with oil in a pan.

The rice-grains will have little grooves across the body, like the segments of a maggot. Like this:
