When I click on it, it doesn't start
(and I know that some other DUers have the same problem with Twitter videos)

This may be an obvious question but did you click the play button in the bottom left corner? I have to click the big blue button and then the button I just described. Otherwise I have no help to give.

(This only happens to me when it's a Twitter video)

I could do a Google search & probably find a You Tube video, but I'm too busy with other things right now.
