Our "Little" is going to D.C.!

Mrs. geardaddy and I volunteer with Big Brothers/Big Sisters. Last night we found out that our 16-year-old "little brother" was picked to go on a trip to D.C. for having good grades with a group other Minneapolis Public School kids! Way to go kiddo!

We were talking to his mom last night and she was so proud! Unfortunately, because of the shut down, they won't be able to go to a lot of what is offered in D.C.

He's super excited though. And we're super excited for him!
